As an African Organization, FCI provides direct programme implementation expertise with expanded strategic partnerships dedicated to consortiums, development partners & programmes, contractors, and International Agencies. To date, FCI has implemented 121 programmes for smallholder commercialization & market access and further conducted capacity building interventions for 139 development partners. The FCI Market Research Division has conducted 354 value chain analyses as the first step for all smallholder market development interventions for consortiums and FCI-Implemented programmes.
